This runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month non refundable

5 sessions = £12
10 sessions = £27 
15 sessions = £39

Heart and Sole Running Group has 3 qualified run Leaders, therefor we can cater for everyone’s needs from walkers right through to distance runner . We are a friendly supportive group that helps motivate and support each other .

We also have a level 2 qualified Nutrition and Health advisor who is able to advise and support on any aspect of health and nutrition, take body stats and offer continuous online support .

Mondays Trail/Body Smash, meeting place will always be confirmed on a post 24hrs beforehand.

Tuesday running group, meeting place will always be confirmed on a post 24hrs beforehand. Tuesday running group is all about working on our pace, our speed and our endurance. This class is a step up from our Thursday session but still open to all abilities.

Thursday running group 7pm, Meeting place will be confirmed 24hrs before hand on a post. Open to all abilities, working on strength, conditioning and confidence as a runner.

Sunday distance running, meet at 9am at the Sandwich King on the Ridge. This group runs different distances ranging from 10km to Marathon distance . It is an ideal session for anyone training for half marathons, Marathons and Ultras. Again open to all abilities .
